A commercial leak is considered any property that is not a single-family residence. This may include apartment buildings, commercial spaces, businesses, restaurants, gas stations, etc. In addition to the regular challenges of locating a leak, these properties pose a whole new set of professional challenges.
Since leak detection is a process that requires quiet and no one uses water at the time of inspection, the appointment usually has to be late after hours or early in the morning. We are available to set up an appointment whenever it fits your business schedule.
In an apartment building, we would need access to all the units so we could inspect all the plumbing fixtures.

Depending on the type of leak and scheduling time, we will provide you with an upfront hourly rate for the service. We will need someone who is familiar with the property to work with us, have access to the entire property, and ensure that no one uses water while we do the inspection.

We suggest you first inspect the toilets in all the units. Usually, you will find one or more running toilets that are causing high water usage. After inspecting every unit we will continue to inspect for irrigation leaks, slab leaks and main service line leaks until we figure out the cause of your high water-bill or origin of water damage.
